| Our History | |
| OLLY Shoes founders, Tom Stemberg (founder of the office superstore Staples, and the startup companies Zoots and KaBloom), and Katherine Chapman (founder of Time Posters) saw an opportunity in the children’s shoe business that had not yet been explored. With their own children, they had difficulty finding shoes in one single location that assured a truly good fit and provided a terrific assortment of shoes and exceptional service. So they founded OLLY Shoes in 2001 and opened its first store in Toronto, Canada. A second store opened in Toronto, Canada in 2002. OLLY Shoes is a children’s footwear company that caters to the needs of infants up to age 10. OLLY Shoes offers a wide selection of top name brands in casual, dress and athletic footwear. OLLY Shoes takes a technological approach to measuring children’s feet using our OLLYSCAN® system. OLLYSCAN® is a unique patented sizing system that measures a child’s foot and records their measurements in their own account. OLLY is then able to reference that measurement in the future. OLLYSCAN® is an incredible and efficient service! OLLY Shoes operates stores in the United States and Canada and plans on opening more stores in the next several years. We believe in outstanding customer service and an enjoyable work environment for individuals to grow and develop a career. |
